The Allocadia team is settling into our new office. When we were looking for offices and planning our new space, one of our main goals was to keep the space and the team customer-focused. Building a “culture of customers” has been important to us since the very beginning at Allocadia. Every day, we drive to deliver value to our customers and increase the value we deliver over the lifetime of our customer partnerships. Our ultimate goal is to set our customers on the Path to Performance and help marketers become more revenue-driven.
We want customers to feel front-and-center in the new office, and we’ve accomplished that by designing a wall full of customer logos, displaying customer stories on screens and commissioning a special, transformation-themed mural. Butterflies have always been an important symbol for Allocadia because they represent transformation — moving from one stage of existence to a new, beautiful one. Our goal is to help our customers transform their marketing strategies and processes, and to make sure we’re always transforming, too. We’re transforming our customers’ businesses and at the same time, transforming the marketing technology market.
Sandy and Steve Pell, the artists at Pellvetica, created a full-wall mural in our lobby that perfectly represents our customer theme of transformation. After designing the mural concept, they came into the office and transformed our bare wall over a weekend. To create the massive, intricate murals quickly, the pair used a projector to enlarge their sketch onto the wall. Next came three intense days of painting to turn their outline into a full-color reality. Their process included adding metallic paints to the mural, which makes the artwork change appearance in different lights and different seasons — further building on the themes of growth and transformation.
All of their hard work was worth it. Our entire team was blown away by the final product. The mural gives our work space energy and helps create an organic, positive, growth-oriented atmosphere that reflects the transformation we’re leading for our customers.
